TheWatchery.com offers genuine brand name watches at substantial discounts to the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Because we are not authorized dealers, we are able to avoid manufacturer's pricing controls and forward greater discounts to our customers. We realize our prices are incredible; this is due to the fact that we buy our watches from our suppliers in large quantities, have a very low markup and, as an online seller, operate at a very low overhead cost.

Selling a counterfeit watch as the genuine article is a violation of federal law. All of our watches are 100% genuine and authentic with serial numbers: all watches (unless otherwise noted) are brand new with original box and papers. We buy our watches through authorized dealers, distributors and/or other legitimate established lines of distribution within the watch industry. We work very hard to buy them at the lowest possible cost. The result: you get genuine merchandise at exceptional prices.

We do not sell refurbished watches or manufacturer's rejects!

We do not believe in selling any timepiece knowing that it may be defective. Selling anything but the highest in quality timepieces will only inconvenience both our customers and us. We look forward to making your online experience very pleasant.

SALES POLICY top

After you place an order with The Watchery, we will check the information you give us for validity, including verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order or are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Watchery reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

PAYMENT top

TheWatchery.com gladly accepts payments for purchases in the form of credit card, PayPal (up to $10,000.00 per purchase), certified check, cashiers check, official check, money order and bank wire transfer. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL WE ARE READY TO SHIP YOUR ORDER!

TAXES top

All items shipped within the state of New York ONLY will be charged 8.625% sales tax.
Sales tax is NOT applicable on orders shipped anywhere outside of New York State.

Provided that the watch is in stock, we do our best to make sure that all orders placed (and verified) at TheWatchery.com before 3:00PM EST (Fridays before 11:00am) are shipped the same day via UPS or FedEx and are fully insured in transit. You will be supplied with a tracking number upon shipment of your order. For your security, all orders are shipped signature required. Please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

P.O. BOXES, APOs AND FPO ORDERS top

Deliveries to APOs and FPOs are shipped using the US Postal Service. Deliveries using the US Postal Service can be considerably delayed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS top

TheWatchery.com ships to most international destinations via insured international priority FedEx or UPS. Please contact us with your shipping address and postal code (where applicable) for a shipping quote. (It is usually around $69.95 to most international destinations.)

Please note: we cannot be responsible for additional costs, such as customs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc. You can see an estimate of the VAT you would pay here. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country and are constantly changing, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this estimate, so please contact your local customs office for an estimate before ordering. Please note that we must declare the full value that you paid for your watch on the shipment.

We request information from the user on our order form when making a purchase. Here, is where a user must provide their contact, billing, shipping and verification information, This information is used for billing and verification purposes, and to fill the customer's order only! If we have difficulty processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the customer.

TheWatchery.com takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or personal verification information,) that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - Secure Socket Layers (SSL). The information is retained only for as long as necessary to process the transaction, once the transaction is processed, your credit card number and verification information is removed from our server.

RETURN POLICY top

All timepieces purchased from TheWatchery.com (except special order* items, and item shipped outside of the United States**) may be returned in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price*** (minus our actual shipping costs (minimum $19.95)) or store credit for an exchange. All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed. All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return a watch please contact us for the mailing address. In order to process your return, you must include our return form.

Please make sure to inspect your watch as soon as you receive it. Before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape, check over the watch to see that it is in perfect working order, with no blemishes. All our watches are 100% brand new and should keep accurate time. Once the watch is worn or sized (and even if it is unworn but the plastics/tags have been removed) we cannot accept a return of the watch. If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you notice that there is a mechanical problem, we will do our best to repair it under our warranty. We will not replace or refund a watch once it has been worn (or the plastics/tags have been removed). We will not accept the return of any watch that has been worn or sized under the premise that it was received that way. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect working order, before wearing.

Please note:

  1. All returns must have a pre-assigned Return Authorization No. (RA#) from The Watchery. Please contact us prior to your return for your RA#. This number must be boldly displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without a pre-assigned RA# clearly written on the outside of the box will be refused.
  2. All products must be returned in their original unworn condition (with the the bracelet, strap or clasp never sized) including packaging, manuals, protective tape/plastics & hanging tags fully intact and never removed from the watch.
  3. All returns and exchanges are subject to an inspection by the Returns Department to ensure that the watch is unworn, still with its original tags, plastics, box and manual, before we can process your refund or exchange order.
  4. The order must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. If the watch is a gift and you are in need of an extension please contact us prior to purchasing.
  5. Returns will be credited in full minus the actual shipping cost**
  6. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
  7. Returns must be shipped via prepaid insured traceable delivery (for e.g. UPS or FedEx) Please note: FedEx does not insure watches valued above $500. If your watch is valued above that amount please use an alternate shipping method.
  8. The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon shipment.

*If your watch is special order, you will be notified before it is shipped out.
**All items shipped to any address outside the United States are considered a final sale and cannot be returned.
***American Express and Discover Card orders are subject to a 3% restocking fee.

WARRANTY top

Since we are wholesalers, and not authorized dealers, the manufacturer's warranty that is included in the box is not endorsed by an authorized retailer. We therefore honor the original factory warranty terms and conditions for two years from the date of purchase. Our watch repairmen are very experienced with watches worth up to and even more than $100,000. Should there ever be a problem with you watch, we do our best to repair it as quickly as possible.

TheWatchery.com Warranty

TheWatchery.com provides warranty coverage of two years from the date of purchase on all of its brand name watches. Our warranty covers the watch movement and battery replacement for the time period stated and excludes: watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is valid only at TheWatchery.com. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than TheWatchery.com will void this warranty. TheWatchery.com disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this watch, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Shipping & insurance costs for warranty returns to The Watchery must be covered by the customer. All watches should be sent to TheWatchery.com’s service department (contact us for the address) by prepaid insured traceable mail courier. The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon shipment. All warranty returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RA#). Please contact us prior to your return for the RA#. If there is a watch you are interested in that you don't see on our website, please contact us via email or call us at 1866-THE-WATCH. We may be able to special order it for you.

Please note: All special order watches are final sale.

WATCH SIZING top

If you have ordered a watch with a metal bracelet, there is a good chance you will have to have one or more links removed to fit your wrist properly. This can only be done with the wearer present. That is why we ship all watches unsized.

We suggest you take your watch to a reputable local jeweler for sizing. Expect to pay a nominal fee (around $5-$10) for this service. Do not attempt to size your own watch! You may damage or scratch the watch and bracelet. The liability is yours - TheWatchery.com will not accept a scratched or damaged watch for return.

Please note: after the links are removed, keep the extra ones! Occasionally, a watch bracelet may break and it is a lot easier (and cheaper) to have the bracelet repaired with your own links than ordering and shipping new ones.

Once you have your watch sized, you may NOT return it for a refund or exchange.
